Moments of inexplicable exhaustion, a reluctance to pursue passions, the occasional strain in relationships—these were all dismissed as natural fluctuations of a busy life.
The awakening to the importance of mental health wasn’t an overnight transformation. It was a journey punctuated by conversations, articles, workshops, and personal introspection. The more I delved into understanding mental health, the clearer the picture became.
